Summer Arduino Workshop

Summer 2017
Weekly Arduino workshop at the BTU Lab at the ATLAS Institute at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

May 31, Jun 7, Jun 14, Jun 21, Jul 12, Jul 26, Aug 2, Aug 9, Aug 16, Aug 23
Wednesdays 3:30 – 5:30

The plan is to go through the Sparkfun Inventors Kit experiment guidebook together, building each example, and modifying the circuit and program (‘sketch’) to get some solid handS-on experience with the hardware and software.
The goal is to get to a level of comfort and competency with the Arduino development environment to enable participants to create their own Arduino-based projects.
No course pre-reqs — this workshop is intended for all levels of experience.
You’ll need to provide your own  Sparkfun Inventors Kit ($99). You can order one and pick it up at Sparkfun in Niwot. [or have it shipped to you.]
You can also purchase a lower cost alternative, but you won’t have all the parts needed for all of the guidebook examples. For example, the Arduino UNO R3 Compatible Starter Development Kit  ~$15 with shipping from https://envistiamall.com in Fort Collins.
I also have a few Arduino boards to get us all started for the first few example circuits.
